The latest addition to the Ainsworth paddle range, these four part split paddles feature a glassfibre shaft that locks together with a multi–angle fitting, and which come complete with a tough carry bag. The hard anodized aluminium fittings are completely salt water resistant and make an easy and definite “click” when selecting the feather angle. They won’t wear or trap sand particles to impair the performance, and there’s no need for a separate key. With these paddles, you can change the feather angle, even when paddling: left or right handed from one set of paddles (centre joint clicks 0–45–90 degrees, blade joint clicks onto 0–60 degrees).

The four part split system is available with nearly all Ainsworth paddles*, from the Nylon to the new 2008 Lightweight Professional construction, weighing a mere 970g complete.
