Delivery times

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as reasonably possible after receipt of order, but if delivery by a particular date is important to you please contact us before ordering. Please also contact us for delivery times for EU, USA and the rest of the world.

The Ainsworth online shop uses Paypal to securely process online payments. All major credit cards are accepted, or payment can be made from a PayPal account.

Product Guarantee

All Ainsworth paddles carry a three year warranty which applies from the date of purchase and is restricted to the original purchaser. It covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.

Returns Policy

We hope you are totally satisfied with your purchase. If, for some reason, you wish to return the item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is unused. We will then arrange a full refund on the product excluding the postage and packing costs.
